1. General Refund Policy

At Connekt Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality yoga and fitness services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines our refund procedures to ensure fairness and transparency.

Important Note: All sales are final unless specifically covered under the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

New members are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase, provided they have not attended more than one class session.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • No more than one class session attended
  • No violations of our Terms of Service
  • Original payment method must be valid for refund

3. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Partial Refunds (Before 15th of the month):

  • 50% refund of monthly fee if no classes attended
  • 25% refund if 1-3 classes attended
  • No refund if 4 or more classes attended

No Refunds (After 15th of the month):

  • No refunds available after the 15th of the billing month
  • Subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period

4. Multi-Month Package Refunds

3-Month Packages:

  • Full refund within 7 days (no classes attended)
  • 70% refund within 14 days (1-3 classes attended)
  • 50% refund within 30 days (4-8 classes attended)
  • No refund after 30 days or 9+ classes attended

6-Month and Annual Packages:

  • Full refund within 14 days (no classes attended)
  • 80% refund within 30 days (1-5 classes attended)
  • 60% refund within 60 days (6-15 classes attended)
  • 40% refund within 90 days (16-25 classes attended)
  • No refund after 90 days or 26+ classes attended

5. Workshop and Special Program Refunds

Workshops:

  • Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before workshop
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before workshop
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before workshop

Special Programs (e.g., Yoga Teacher Training):

  • Full refund within 30 days of purchase (no sessions attended)
  • 75% refund within 60 days (1-3 sessions attended)
  • 50% refund within 90 days (4-6 sessions attended)
  • No refund after 90 days or 7+ sessions attended

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration fees and administrative charges
  • Recorded class purchases and digital downloads
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Private session deposits
  • Late cancellation fees (see cancellation policy)
  • Services already rendered and completed

7. Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellations:

  • No penalty for cancelling 24+ hours before class
  • One class credit deducted for cancelling less than 24 hours before class
  • No credit for no-shows (not cancelling at all)

Private Session Cancellations:

  • Full refund for cancelling 48+ hours before session
  • 50% refund for cancelling 24-47 hours before session
  • No refund for cancelling less than 24 hours before session

8. Medical Emergency Refunds

We may provide exceptions to our standard refund policy in cases of documented medical emergencies:

Requirements:

  • Valid medical documentation from a licensed healthcare provider
  • Request made within 30 days of the medical event
  • Medical condition must prevent participation in physical activity
  • Documentation must clearly state the period of inability to participate

Refund Amount:

  • Pro-rata refund for unused portion of subscription
  • Minus any administrative fees (up to 10%)
  • Case-by-case evaluation and approval

9. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Support: Email refunds@connektstudio.com with your refund request
  2. Provide Information: Include your name, email, order number, and reason for refund
  3. Documentation: Attach any required documentation (medical certificates, etc.)
  4. Review Period: Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing
  5. Approval: You'll receive email notification of the decision
  6. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days

10. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days)
  • UPI/Wallets: Refunded to the original UPI ID or wallet (3-5 business days)
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account (7-10 business days)
  • Expired Payment Methods: Store credit or alternative arrangement

11. Force Majeure

Connekt Studio is not responsible for refunds or compensation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Technical failures of third-party services
  • Internet or power outages
  • Other circumstances that make providing services impossible

In such cases, we may offer credits, rescheduling options, or alternative arrangements at our discretion.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:

  1. Request a review by our management team within 7 days of the decision
  2. Provide additional information or documentation supporting your case
  3. Receive a final decision within 5 business days of the review request

All refund decisions are final and binding. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

13. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility.
